Every student we meet is wonderfully unique.
And we give careful consideration to the ways in which each student may benefit from and contribute to our program.
The "ideal" Inventor Academy student is one who will:
- Thrive in our progressive, hands-on environment;
- Fully participate in our creative, collaborative, and challenging academic community;
- Bring a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and interests to the school community
Get to know us while we get to know you.
It is our job to get to know you and your student and to give you ample opportunity to get to know us. Ask us questions. Tell us what matters to you. What works? What doesn’t work? What do you wish for your student? And what do you wish for yourself in a school community?
It all starts with submitting the application.
Don't worry...this is not going to be stressful.The application form is pretty straightforward. It gets you into the application pipeline and gives us a first introduction to your student. Also, you don't have to finish it in one sitting. You can click to start it right now, save it, and then finish it later when you have time.
Submit
Once we have your application, we will:
1. Schedule a meeting with you to discuss your student in depth and learn what you're seeking in a school environment;
2. Collect feedback from your student's current teacher and previous school records (if applicable);
3. Schedule your student for a visit;
4. Students may also complete an in-person or virtual assessment.
Once your file is complete, we will: Review your student's qualifications, assessing developmental readiness, academic potential, and achievement.
